Practice principal Kieran Madden is a chartered architect with over 16 years post qualification experience in providing full architectural services, from feasibility to completion, across a broad spectrum of building types.
He has designed and supervised projects in the private, commercial, residential, ecclesiastic, education and tourism sectors, from dwelling refurbishments to new build schools.
A committed and enthusiastic professional, he has a proven ability to create unique, innovative and sustainable design solutions. Designs are tailored specifically to satisfy the requirements of the brief, provide value for money and exceed client expectations.
Since being awarded the RSUA President’s Medal in 1997 for outstanding final year design work, Kieran has worked on projects throughout Northern Ireland and was an associate in The Harbour Studio prior to establishing his own practice in January 2010.
His design work has attracted many accolades and has featured in the media, both press and television. His competition winning scheme for the 72 bed Mill Rest Youth Hostel in Bushmills was voted ‘Top Rated Youth Hostel in Europe for 2007’ by Hostelworld.com.
